North American Delivery

Staples Advantage is the contract business–to–business division of Staples, working with companies of 20 or more employees to develop customized programs with specialized pricing, dedicated account management, and a complete assortment of products and services at a low total delivered cost. In addition to a complete selection of office products, Staples Advantage offers: Business Interiors by Staples, Staples Technology Solutions, Staples Facility Solutions, Staples Print Solutions and Staples Promotional Products.

Staples Business Delivery is a unified selling channel that combines staples.ca and Staples' catalogue business, allowing customers from small to medium–sized business to order office products and services from their home or business at their own convenience.

Quill Corporation is an office supplies direct marketer based in Lincolnshire, Illinois. The company was acquired by Staples in 1998. Quill and quill.com serve small to medium–sized businesses. Quill is known for providing top–notch service to its customers and highly effective marketing to vertical businesses like the legal, medical and educational professions.

North American Retail

Staples operates 1,872 retail stores throughout the United States and Canada, offering savings on more than 7,000 office products. Our stores are designed and associates are trained to make it easy for small business and home office customers to buy the office products and services they need.

The typical Staples superstore is about 20,000 square feet and offers dedicated space for a Copy & Print Center, UPS® Ship Center and an EasyTechSM computer service desk. In–store Internet kiosks allow customers to shop on staples.com®, ensuring they always find what they need.

Staples helped launch the office superstore industry in Canada in 1990. Today, Staples Business Depot is the largest office products supplier to small businesses and home offices in Canada.
