Wayne Berger is Vice President of Commercial Sales, Staples Advantage Canada. Wayne's focus is on developing a world-class commercial sales organization across Canada and continuing to enhance the day-to-day customer experience. His goal is to ensure that customers are delighted with the service, value and solutions that Staples Advantage brings to the marketplace.

Wayne’s 14 years of experience in the office products industry spans across two countries and multiple sales, training, and leadership roles, including leading in the development and implementation of a commercial sales organization in the United States. Most recently, Wayne has been based in Seattle, Washington, serving as Vice-President, Sales, and Regional Sales Director in the Pacific Northwest.

Wayne and his wife Caren are proud parents of two young children who have diverse interests ranging from figure skating, music, baseball, and swimming. Wayne is an avid marathoner and is passionate towards charitable efforts, having served on both the Board of Directors and the Executive Board for Junior Achievement of Washington.
