Donna Pascal has close to 15 years of HR experience spanning across the distribution, telecommunication and not-for-profit sectors. Most recently Donna was Vice President, Human Resources (Canada) for a major North American food distribution company with over 5000 associates. Immediately prior to this experience, she was the National HR Manager for an international corporation ranked as one of the top “ 50 best employers” in Canada.

Donna graduated with a Bachelors of Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and attended the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management where she obtained an Executive Certificate in Human Resources Management. Donna is recognized as a Certified Human Resources Professional, by the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations and the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario. Donna is also a Certified Alternate Dispute Resolution through the faculty of law at the University of Windsor.

Ms. Pascal is married and resides with her husband and children in Mississauga, Ontario. In her spare time, she juggles between her children’s numerous extra curricular activities and volunteer work, including her participation as member of the Board of Directors for a large non-profit organization serving disadvantaged women, new immigrants and youth.
