Internet Ordering
Interested E-Way.ca customers can be quickly set-up by completing the Online Request Form, or at
the time of new program initiation through their Staples Advantage representative. E-Way.ca simply requires a web
browser and an assigned username and password to be accessed.

E-Way.ca is user-friendly and makes it easy for customers to find products and place orders quickly, while helping to control procurement costs. The Personal or Corporate order template feature promotes increased contract spend. Purchasing Approval & Control reduces administrative costs during approval routing and allows maximum line and order amounts as well as limited user access to product classes.
Security, protection and control features include: Secure Socket Layer Internet Security that encrypts all transmissions, password protection for each user and security certificates that let you know you're communicating Staples Advantage and only Staples Advantage a Staples Company.

Dedicated customer care Representatives provide a direct liaison between our client end user and Staples Advantage.
Our customer care team is dedicated to servicing all of your office product needs and have access to all data
concerning order transactions on-line in real time and available at the time of system access.
All Staples Advantage Inc. customer care and sales support personnel are fully trained in product detail/distribution and are available any business day (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) to assist requisitioners in all of the following areas:
- Placing Orders
- Tracking Backorders
- Verifying Pricing
- Expediting Rush Orders
- Checking Order Status
- Handling Returns and Credits
- Confirming Inventory Levels
- Handling Special Requirements
- Cross Referencing Stock Numbers

** For your convenience, automated voice mail options are designed to facilitate caller requests but can be by-passed for operator assistance at anytime during business hours.

- Electronic Purchase Order processing (EDI or XML)

- Integration with electronic procurement platforms such as Ariba, SAP/EBP, JD Edwards, Oracle, and more
