In ordered Five easy steps

1) Contact your Special Order expert at Staples Promotional Products at 1-800-964-5205. Your Special Order representative will inquire about your needs with questions about:

• Budget
• Timeline
• Demographics of recipients
• Product ideas or preferences you may already have

2) Your Special Order representative will develop a detailed quote for your approval containing the following information:

• The delivery deadline
• All costs that will be incurred in completing the order
• The lead-time necessary for production including paper proof and pre-production sample(s)
• To where and to whom the order is to be shipped
• The delivery deadline the quote is intended to meet
• The total projected cost of the order

When you approve a quote in writing, production will begin.

3) Paper Proof approval. You will receive a paper proof of the logo application to be applied based on submitted Vector / EPS artwork you supply. The Paper Proof outlines the position, colour and size of the logo along with the method to be used. You may also request an actual pre-production sample as well, if time and budget allow. Our signed approvals process is an important part of our time proven quality methodology. Products will not be produced without your signed approval to proceed.

4) Your Special Order Rep will manage the manufacturing of the product, to be decorated with your logo and insure timely shipment on time and on budget! The entire Special Order team will focus their energies on making each custom order a success. They can provide you with several different services. These services are designed to provide you with multiple, unique product options, top-quality products, competitive pricing, customer service satisfaction and follow-up.

5) You will receive your billing for your promotional products through your regular Staples Advantage billing method.
